Driving lesson prices in Chester and Deeside
One hourly rate wherever you are in CH1 to CH7, and a lower rate if you book a block. No joining fee and no charge for pick up.

Lessons are normally booked as two hour sessions, which gives enough time to get somewhere useful, work on something properly and drive back. Single hours are fine once you are close to test standard.

Licence and test fees are set by DVLA and DVSA and change from time to time, so check the current amounts on GOV.UK before you book.
How many hours will it cost me in total?
The DVSA figure most instructors quote is roughly 45 hours with an instructor plus about 22 hours of private practice. At £38 an hour that is a real number worth knowing before you start, and blocks of ten or twenty bring it down.
It is an average, not a promise. Some people need fewer hours, plenty need more, and it depends heavily on whether you get private practice between lessons. After two or three hours together I will give you an honest estimate rather than a sales figure.
