You get the same instructor every lesson
There is no call centre, no rota, and nobody handing you to a different instructor halfway through your course. You book with me, you learn with me, and I remember exactly what we worked on last week.
Having taught in and around London for years, I now teach across the Chester area, and I teach automatic only. That change was deliberate. Most learners who come to me are either starting from nothing or coming back to driving after a long gap, and in both cases removing the clutch removes the single biggest source of panic.
How I teach
Nobody learns well while they are frightened. So the first lesson happens somewhere quiet, you drive within the first half hour, and we do not go near a busy roundabout until the basics are genuinely automatic.
After that, every lesson has a stated aim, and every lesson ends with an honest read of where you are. If you are not ready for test, I will say so. If you are ready sooner than you think, I will say that too.

The point is not the certificate
Passing the test is the milestone, but it is not the goal. The goal is that six months later you are still driving, still confident, and happy to take the A55 in the dark or park in the middle of Chester on a Saturday.
That is why lessons include night driving, rain, dual carriageways and rural lanes long before test day, and why Pass Plus and motorway sessions are on offer afterwards.
